Hello Lisa;
You are young!, I have had not one, but more students than I can count call me at 3AM crying, telling me that they are a 4.0 GPA and cannot pass the NET, HESI or TEAS. With that being said, we must all take a breather and ssay, What’s Wrong!!
I believe that the book that I wrote can help you with your subject placement score increase. The key is to ask why they are asking the questions, not so much as what is the answer, and one must learn to ask, why is the answer correct.

The HESI, HESI A2, TEAS, TEAS A5 and The NET all have similarities in the way the questions are phrased. I have tried to put together a book and online test bank that closely mimics the test in the
content testing platform. I think you need to decide if a book or online test bank is the best way to go for you. If you are interested in the online test bank you may go to http://www.nurseslearningcenter.com and access the free online practice test.

I need help as an older student in late 40′s with learning disabilities (reading comprehension and math). I am unable to pass the Kaplan and teas test at the levels necessary for application consideration to schools for RN degree. Changed careers from IT field to Nursing due to unemployment and off shore jobs in India and Asia markets took over. I have been tutored and still so frustrated and I myself worth crushed, so embarrassed that after all these years still plagued by not understanding the material. My lifelong dream was to be nurse but with those issues at a young age with all the extra help still college SAT were not achievable. Please help me? I need to have someone or determines why I am unable to understand this material and achieve. Thank you, Lisa Hughes Richmond, Virginia

There are several pdf files. There is the reading comprehension for $15, the Math and reading for $25 and then there is the book in pdf format for $29

You would probably do well to use the online practice tests at http://www.nurseslearningcenter.com Here you can access hundreds and hundreds of questions in the same format that you would be tested with the HESI or the TEAS, and the NET. Students have great success with the online tests.

I just received the book Pass the Net First Time, and I plan on taking the TEAS test for the third time this year. The book is very comprehensive and I learned more from it than from my days at Adelphi University undergrad in Speech and Hearing. In fact, the reading comprehension was never taught that way so that the student gets the correct answer. I think I will pass the Nurse Entrance Test at any college, or vocational school as a result of your training in this book. This book taught me more than four years of college at Adelphi where I learned nothing. Marilyn Bloch

Hi Renee; We offer a great deal of educational resources to help our students find employment, though we do not actively place students. We offer students the use of the school and supplies to complete their 25 draws after graduation so that they may qualify to sit for the NHA Phlebotomy Certification Exam. When the pass, we also offer students a complimentary externship through Oakwood Hospital Labs where the students can work one on one with a phlebotomist and perform 100 venipunctures. We believe that this preparation offered to students after graduation will help them to be proficient healthcare providers and find employment.
